•All of our signs are painted white with black chalk board paint letters. All frames are stained with “Kona” stain. Wood is a living breathing product. This means that each piece will absorb stain differently, no two signs will ever be the same.
•All signs are hand-painted on wood. Because of this, you will see chips, cracks, paint splashes, paint bleeds, knots, and holes. Knots can sometimes cause a yellow discoloration, please be aware that can happen. Some signs are distressed, and will have a cloudy look, this is how it is made to look. We believe this adds to the character of our items, and makes each one completely unique. Our signs will never be “perfect” and you may see some flaws, this is what we believe makes them unique.
•Many of our signs are designed to hang from the frame therefore, for those there is NO hanging hardware. We are not responsible for signs hung improperly. We recommend wall anchors and screws for installation.
•We do our best to photograph our products accurately. However all monitors will display color differently. Please keep this in mind when comparing what you see on the screen compared to what you see in real life.
•Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered, mis delivered due to incorrect address, or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit.
